1. Helium Firmware version updated to 2022.10.28.0_GA
2. Bobcat Firmware version bumped to 1.0.3.8

The OTA HAS REDUCED THE INTERNET SPEEDS. TODAY IT IS LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT IT WAS. PLEASE LOOK AT THIS.
