May 12, 2022 - Bobcat pushed the latest OTA update at 10:45 pm PDT on 5/12/22.
The following updates occurred in this OTA:

This release is highly recommended for all Hotspot Makers.
This update adds a retry delay when sending PoC Witness Receipts (from a Hotspot to a Validator) so that it has a better chance of succeeding if the Validator falls behind a few blocks from the tip of the chain.
Hotspots without this release will still function but will greatly improve rewards. No action is required by Hotspot Owners.
