Bobber by the Numbers
With the announcement of Batch 24, Bobber has officially shipped a total of 150,731 hotspots since launching overseas sales on March 3rd. Some of you may recall that when we published “The Road to 70k Miners” blog on August 17th, we had shipped 68,639 miners to customers worldwide. This means that nearly 80,000 miners have shipped to customers over the last 10 weeks alone. To date, Bobcat miners now account for 38% of all hotspots currently on The People’s Network.
Improving Customer Support
Our emphasis on fewer words does not mean customers should expect less communication from us. Instead, it expresses our commitment to always communicate in a way that is transparent and straightforward. We are constantly striving to improve customer interfacing, which most recently led to the release of an improved support portal. By adding a funnel system based on prior request analysis, we can better address all sorts of issues ranging from purchasing to product usage. Thanks to this new workflow, we can identify issues faster and act quickly to get them resolved.
More actions. Bobber customers can expect to see more optimizations to be implemented for our product and customer experience, but you should all be on the lookout for that minimalist logo, as it will start popping up on a lot more things in the near future. Stay tuned.
